Who doesn't love to battle it out in Mortal Kombat 11 with players across all different platforms? Huh? No one wants that. As you know, call it cross-play or cross- game, this  is one of the elements that most matter to players, when they're favorite titles released on various platforms.

Mortal Kombat 11 Developers plans to add Cross-Play platform in Mortal Kombat 11

Recently at a Mortal Kombat 11 press event in London, many industry professionals, get in some questions since some developers from NetherRealm Studios were present there.

A reporter from WCCF asked Mortal Kombat 11 game designer, Derek Kirtzic about the possibilities of cross-platform support for the upcoming fighter. NetherRealm Studios does not have any official plans to enable this feature, but the designer did say they’d like to allow for cross-platform play in the future and it’s something they’re looking into.

There are probably a lot of nuances that go with enabling a feature like this, so we shouldn’t expect it right away, if it’s happening at all. Perhaps it will come with a future update after the game’s released.
With cross-platform play, Mortal Kombat 11, players gaming with Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC will be able to play together online. Although the studio couldn’t confirm whether they could make it a reality at this time. For folks that ain't seen the gameplay you watch it here below.

What do you think? Do you like the idea? Would you like to see the game to be cross-play?
