In today’s competitive world of technology, the chance for a smartphone company without innovation is hard to survive and retain the market. LG V40 ThinQ the flagship killer device review
In this innovation race, LG doesn’t want to be left behind. So they have decided to launch a phone that uses 5 CAMERAS (3 Rear + 2 front) on it’s new device The LG V40 ThinQ after the release of their Mid-range LG-Q7.

LG is one of the few companies who build one of the best looking devices. The V40 uses an OLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection manufactured by LG itself. Unlike the AMOLED, The OLED gives bright vibrant colours with enhanced contrast, which adds that crisp to the display. The device is made out of aluminium frame and glass back panel similar to most of it’s counterparts like the One plus, Huawei, Samsung, Zenfone 5z etc. Except for the Aurora black colour, every other finish of the device features a soft grippy finish that’s “amazing to hold” Talking about the size of the display, the LG V40 ThinQ features a 6.4”inch 1440*3120 OLED display along with a trendy notch and a sleek chin. Lookswise, the device gets a 10/10. The phone comes along with triple lens camera mounted on the back [12MP,27mm (standard), f/1.5, 3-axis OIS, dual pixel PDAF lens + 12MP,52mm (telephoto), f/2.4, 2X optical zoom OIS lens + 16MP,16mm (ultrawide), f/1.9, lens] and dual front selfie camera [8MP,26mm(standard), f/1.9 + 5MP,21mm (wide), f/2,2 lens]

Well, as the saying goes “Beauty Ain’t Everything”. Similarly the beauty of this device would be incomplete without it’s main component i.e The processor. LG V40 ThinQ features Qualcomm’s Most High End Processor, The SD 845 Octa-core with Adreno 630 GPU. To power this device, LG has input a 3,300 MAH Li-Po battery which even many flagship brands fail to provide. What makes this battery so special? Well, your everyday smartphones uses a Lithium Ion or Li-on battery. But This device uses a Lithium Polymer or Li-po Battery instead which is Highly durable and Long lasting than Li-on Batteries.

The LG V40 is available in just one variant, which consist of a 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of Internal memory along with a dedicated memory slot which is expandable upto 512 GB.

LG runs on the latest OS 8.1 Oreo, which is based on Android One to give the users the experience of Pure Stock Android Performance without any bloatwares.

Apart from all the above features, the phone comes loaded with a 3.5mm jack, Gyro, Colour Spectrum, Barometer, Compass, Accelerometer and Proximity sensor. The phone also has a finger print scanner mounted on the rear. The phone also supports USB 3.1 c-type Fast charging support with capability of charging 50% in 36 Mins. The phone is set to reach the market in 2 different colours as of now, namely The New Aurora Black and The New Moroccan Blue. The phone is set to be priced at about £720, €800, $919 and Rs.68,000 Roughly.
