Honor 7s is the latest entry to the huawei’s budget smartphone segment. The phone is set to target the budget oriented customer base and would compete with Mi 5A and Realme, which are also  budget oreinted smartphone devices.


DESIGN AND CAMERA

Talking about the design, the phone packs a 5.4” 18:9 HD+ LCD 720*1440p resolution display, with multi-touch (upto 5 fingers) and a 13mp PDAF f/2.2 rear camera with a Soft LED flash and 5 mp front facing selfie camera with front LED flash as well. The dimension of the Honor 7s are 146.5*70.9*8.3mm and it weighs 142 gms.






PERFORMANCE & BATTERY

Moving on with the heart of the device i.e The processor, The device runs on a Mediatek MT6739 Quad core 1.5GHz Cortex-A53 processor, with a PowerVR GE8100 GPU unit. To compliment this processor, the phone comes loaded with a 3020 Mah Non Removable Li-on battery with a micro USB2.0 slot. The phone consists of only a single variant, i.e the 2gb RAM + 16gb Internal memory with dedicated micro SD card Slot Expandable upto 256 gb.


SOFTWARE

The device as usual uses the Honor’s integrated Personalised OS, The Emui with the latest Android  8.1 Oreo. The device will receive security updates every now and then.






OTHER FEATURES

Apart from all the above features, the phone comes loaded with a 3.5mm jack, GPS, accelerometer and  proximity sensor. The phone lacks NFC, Gyro, and other impotant sensors since it is a budget based smartphone. The phone is set to be sold at  price of $98.05, £76.43, €84.49 and Rs.6,999.
